1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and shredded
1 tsp salt
1 cup yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 TBSP lemon juice
1/2 TBSP rice wine vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp greek seasoning
black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
